Dear Sir, Geetings of the day. Using cycle products since a long and very satisfied but sorry to say very disappointed first time with shan e taj. Agarbathi contain very strong smoke,feeling burning in eyes and suffocation, no fragrance at all, i won't appreciate this product kindly consider and try to improve quality of this product i.e. shan e taj. Hope you won't mind and would sympathetically consider my suggestion. With Kind Regards.

It smells like attar used by muslims. Too strong. Will not suit for pooja.

Light the coated end of insense stick/agarbathi, allow flame to catch; genlty blow out the flame.
