On 1st October 2019 is the 3rd day of Navratri. On this day devotees worship Goddess Chandraghanta - the third manifestation of Maa Durga.

Her name means- one who has a half-moon in the shape of a bell. Also known as Chandika, Chandrakhanda and Rannchandi, worshipping this form of the goddess is said to bless the devotee with strength.

O Goddess Chandraghanta, who rides on a tiger, is angry with her enemies, holds various weapons in her hands, please shower your blessings upon me.
